After my studies of business administration, my career at Siemens AG, where I had done my industrial management apprenticeship, led me through a variety of functions and national subsidiaries of the corporation. Professionally, my time at Siemens taught me a high level of process orientation and a systematic approach to my work; an important instrument were ”tool boxes“ for tasks like benchmarking, asset management, productivity improvement or systematic project management.
But the most significant influence was cooperation with colleagues and working together – across countries, divisions and locations.
My love of communicating and of working together with colleagues of all walks of the business always were and still are what drives me and the keys to my success.
