At Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg / Germany, I give lectures and conduct exercises on risk management for the masters program ”International Project Management in Plant Construction“ for international masters students from different courses of study.
The program is offered by Professor Eberhard Schlücker, chair of Processing Machines and Plant Technology. The course is a combination of technical plant engineering and construction expertise and the associated management techniques.
